Refund & Cancellation Policy

Business Identity

AskMyWife Tree Channeling payments are processed by Lumen Pleroma LLC out of Bellevue, WA. The full mailing address is shared upon request for privacy and safety.

Questions about refunds or reschedules can be sent to support@lumenpleroma.com, including if you need our mailing details for records.

Cancellations

Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled or refunded in full. Cancelations within 24 hours are non-refundable because the time was reserved specifically for you.

If we must cancel for any reason, you may select either a full refund or the earliest available rescheduled time.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to join the session within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time and do not reach out, the appointment is considered a no-show and the fee is forfeited.

We understand emergencies occur. Please email support@lumenpleroma.com as soon as possible so we can note your account and explore solutions.

Digital Products

Recorded sessions or downloadable materials are delivered electronically. Because they cannot be returned, they are non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your materials, contact us within 7 days and we will reissue files or offer an alternate format.
